About end of lease cleaning
Will this get my bond back?+
Your bond is decided by your landlord or agent, and it can be affected by things beyond cleaning such as damage or unpaid rent — so no cleaner can promise it. What we can do is clean thoroughly to the agent checklist and, if a cleaning issue is flagged within 72 hours, come back and re-clean it free.
Does the property need to be empty?+
We recommend removing furniture and belongings first so we can clean every corner properly, as inspections require. Let us know in advance if anything large can't be moved.
Is carpet steam cleaning included?+
A standard clean includes carpet vacuuming. Carpet steam cleaning is not part of our standard service — ask us before booking and we'll let you know what we can arrange.
How long does it take?+
Usually 3–8 hours depending on size and condition. An empty property in good condition is faster.
When should I book it?+
For the best result, book once the property is empty — ideally one to two days before your handover or inspection.
