About post-renovation cleaning
When should the clean be done?+
Ideally after all the work — paint, installation, carpentry — is finished, to avoid re-contamination. Best completed before you move in or bring furniture back.
Dust keeps settling — can one clean handle it?+
We use a layered dust-then-wipe process to minimise what's left behind. With reasonable ventilation and condition, a single clean usually reaches move-in standard.
Do you need water or power shut off?+
No — we bring our own equipment and work with normal utilities. Just let us know in advance about any areas needing special care.
Can you remove large building waste?+
Standard service covers small packaging and rubbish. Large building waste such as boards or bricks needs separate arrangement — talk to us beforehand.
How long does it take?+
Usually 4–8 hours depending on area and how much residue there is; large or heavily soiled spaces take longer.
Do you clean commercial fit-outs?+
Yes. We clean shops and small business premises before opening, across Chirnside Park and Melbourne's outer east.
